After 7 years in the 4 Star and 5 Diamond Spa setting, we saw the need to offer High Quality massage where we weren't rushed to the next appointment and neither were you.  You'll never have to worry about your one hour massage lasting 45 minutes and don't be surprised if it goes longer than 60 minutes. You won't get a white robe and slippers to walk around in but we have a few on hand just in case. We've been focused for more than fifteen years on providing the highest quality massage for a much better value than the over priced spas. Give us a try and we promise to provide you with the massage YOU need, and the TIME you need to Rest, Relax and Recover. 

Nestled in the heart of Ponte Vedra, Florida, clients are welcomed into a peaceful and private setting where they can relax and surrender their muscle tension to our  professional massage therapists and escape from a busy day of work or working out.

The office is located across street from the YMCA and next to the new PGA Senior Community Center. We work with clients in Ponte Vedra, Jacksonville and the Beaches, and St. Augustine.  We also will bring our table to you at your home or office.

Massage therapy  can be an essential part of healthy living, especially if you put extra demands on your body through fitness and exercise or your work puts extra demands on your body and mind. The body is incredible at healing itself when it is completely relaxed and massage therapy promotes relaxation.

We now offer private yoga sessions with Lisa Brock. Private Yoga instruction can enhance an already established yoga practice or introduce the practice to first timers.
