Reflexology

Massage is a natural healing therapy that puts the nervous system into a parasympathetic state, the state in which rest and repair can occur. This is a combination of relaxation techniques, thumb and finger walking and working on reflex points on the feet. The therapist uses hands only to apply pressure to the feet. For each person the application and the effect of the therapy are unique. This gentle therapy encourages the body to heal itself as tensions are eased. Reflexology is one of the ultimate relaxation treatments and sleep is almost guaranteed in this one hour of just foot massage. I'm not a certified reflexologist.
